It can accommodate up to 16 people in bedrooms (all en-suite) and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa has an outdoor area, with a lawn garden, a 50 sqm indoor (heated) and outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area offering a unique holiday for its guests.
Villa Thea has a 330 sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of four bedrooms all en-suite, two of them with a double bed and two of them with two twin beds which can be converted into doubles. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
