Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or outside visitors. No music amplification outside Day or Night. Please be considerate to neighbors.This is a residential neighborhood. We have nice neighbors and want to preserve our relationship. This is a house to come chill and relax. La Quinta short term rental Executive Mandate: No amplified music outside at anytime. No Radio or Speaker outside. No outside noise after 9pm. If Code Enforcement arrives for non compliance a $1000 fine is assessed to guest. No more than 3 cars. Park in driveway or in front of house only. Must wash all dishes or leave running in new dishwasher at checkout. No lifeguard for pool or Hot Tub. No Diving. Use at your own risk.Please be vigilant with children. Pool heat is available for a $125 per day utility charge. Must book all days. No extra charge for Hot Tub. Take trash bins to curb on Monday nights for collection. Return empty trash bins on Tuesday evening after collection. Sorry no pets allowed. Pool Service comes early on Tuesday and Saturday. Only exterior. Does not ring doorbell to disturb you.
