Step inside and you’ll find a spacious living room and flat screen Smart TV with ample seating for all guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes both a Keurig and Drip Coffee maker, ensuring you have your favorite brews each morning. The dining room can comfortably seat 12, with an additional 2 barstools for extra seating. Step into our stylishly furnished movie room, perfect for cozying up and enjoying your favorite films.
The washer and dryer, complete with a sink, make it convenient to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.
Outside, you’ll discover a private paradise. Relax by the fire pit, sipping on drinks while enjoying the panoramic views. Cook up a storm on the BBQ grill and dine alfresco in the outdoor seating area, with chairs and loungers to soak up the sun!
For those looking to explore the great outdoors, you’re in luck. The property is conveniently located just 1.3 miles from the Beech Mountain resort ski slopes. Additionally, within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find plenty of hiking trails, including the Emerald Outback, Backbone Trail, Pride Rock, and Perry Park, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
We are dog friendly! Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay (applies to max of 2 pets)
When it’s time to unwind, head over to the famous Beech Mountain Brewing Co, and discover local flavors and craft beers just 4 minutes away. And if you’re a wine lover, be sure to visit Eagles Nest Winery, only a 10-minute drive, or Banner Elk Winery, just 15 minutes away.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
On the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom. Downstairs, there is a king bedroom with a private deck and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Additionally, there are two more queen bedrooms and a bedroom with two queen beds. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a pull-out sofa in the common area.

Guests have access to the entire house (via a digital keypad) minus the locked owners closet.

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
