Shores of Panama 1426 is a beautiful one-of-a-kind unit, located on the 14th
floor at the Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The moment
you arrive you know you’ve made the right choice for your beach vacation.
Walk into the living area and notice plenty of comfortable seating for your
group, coupled with an amazing view of the pool deck and the Gulf of America,
Mexico, the ocean, or whatever you want to call it; note the locals just call
it the Gulf. The living room offers a comfortable couch with perfect views of
the TV and the bright blue water outside of your floor-to-ceiling balcony
windows/doors.
If there is no room on the couch, sit in one of the two plush chairs that
offer enough seating areas for everyone in this condo! There is also a coffee
table that is ideal for holding drinks, appetizers, or board games for you to
play with your friends. The wooden coffee table matches the wooden TV cabinet,
floors, and couch side table, adding to the stylish and sleek atmosphere.
One of the best parts of this condominium is the open floor plan. The living
room directly connects with the spacious kitchen and the balcony, making it
easy for you to get a cup of coffee in the morning and head outside to catch
the sunrise.
Go out onto the balcony and enjoy the comfortable seating. This is your de-
stress zone. Back in the condo, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV with
streaming abilities, in the event you need to catch up on your favorite show
at the end of the day. There is a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa that
sleeps 2.
The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you would use at home to
prepare a fabulous meal. We recommend seafood, it’s always fresh. There is
plenty of dining seating at the bar and the 4-seat dining table. The high-top
bar seating is perfect for your guests while you are making them drinks or
serving appetizers. We love the casual vibe of this hotel, with the high-top
seating perfect for guests who want to chat with those sitting on the living
room couch or the formal dining room table.
You’ll find the appliances are upgraded to stainless steel. The fridge and
freezer are spacious and have an ice maker. Don’t worry, the dishwasher will
take care of the dishes so you can enjoy the beach. The stainless steel
appliances aren’t only new and modern, but they are easy to use. The
functionality of this kitchen will make even the laziest of chefs enjoy using
this spacious and sleek space.
There is a large front-loading washer/dryer in the closet just behind the
kitchen. You will never have to worry about finding a laundromat in the local
area to wash your bathing suits, towels, and dresses for going out at night.
The washer and dryer in the apartment help with convenience and saving money
during your holiday.
Just down the entry hallway you’ll find the bunk room. Comfy twin/twin bunks
are perfect for the kids. There is a private bathroom in the bunk area with a
stand-up shower. Whether you come here with young toddlers or teenagers, the
bunk bed room will give them a sense of independence while still being close
to the adults on the trip so you can feel safe having them sleep here by
themselves.
Back to the entry of the condo, you’ll find the master bedroom. We’ve given
you a comfortable king size bed with comfy pillows, we do want you to rest
well... There is a dresser for storage and a closet. The large flat-screen TV
should help you unwind at the end of the day. The master bathroom has a
tub/shower.
The Shores of Panama Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with
stunning views from every balcony. These spacious condominiums are fully
equipped with everything you need to cook, if you wish! Also has a
washer/dryer. The Shores of Panama is known for its 14,000 sq. ft. tropical
lagoon style pool. It’s surrounded by the greenest landscapes around. Hungry?
Thirsty? Check out the pool-side Tiki bar for a nice frozen drink, or a bite
to eat from the snack bar. The snack bar is operated by Executive Chef
Guillermo Dovalina, who worked for Wolfgang Puck and Emeril Lagasse. They are
creating healthy food that you’re sure to enjoy. We recommend the pizza.

the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away!
There are also tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars to head to during your
free time in Panama City Beach. If your flight goes too early in the morning,
we have a few breakfast spots that are ideal for filling you up for the entire
day! We recommend heading to First Watch, Another Broken Egg Cafe, or The
Pancakery of PCB for a mouthwatering breakfast or brunch.
At First Watch, try the breakfast scramble with eggs, home fries, toast, and a
never-ending cup of refillable coffee. If you choose Another Broken Egg Cafe,
you can’t go wrong with a filling omelet with savory cheese, vegetables, meat,
and spices. For those who have a sweet tooth, try The Pancakery of PCB to
enjoy a hefty stack of buttermilk pancakes with your choice of topping, like
chocolate chips, strawberries, or blueberries.
If you are in the mood for some of the best coffee on the island, boy, do we
have a few places for you! Check out Roasters Edge Coffee Roastery and Deja
Brew Coffee Shop. We recommend getting an iced latte at Roasters Edge to help
support local businesses and enjoy small batch roasted coffee. If you head to
Deja Brew, you can’t go wrong with a strong cappuccino to start your day.
For those who are interested in nightlife during your time in Florida, there
are never-ending options for bars, pubs, and clubs in PCB. We love going to
The Craft Bar at Panama City Beach in Pier Park North to get some of the best
craft beer in the entire state! If you want to start your evening off right
with a strong IPA or ale, The Craft Bar is THE place to be!
After starting your evening with a fresh pint, head to the Tiki Bar at the
Sandpiper Beacon in the Beacon Beach Resort to enjoy dancing, drinks, and good
vibes. If you are a massive fan of strong daiquiris and margaritas, The Liq on
Front Beach Road is great for continuing the fun of the night.

Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guests must complete the rental agreement which requires a
credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

concierge in the lobby a one-time fee of $75 for registration packet.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires
all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children.
All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-
issued ID, such as a driver’s license, at the time of booking. Property
Manager is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the
City of Panama City Beach. Property Manager is legally required to obtain the
names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for
inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for
High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as
determined by the city when needed. Property Manager takes this ordinance
seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Property Manager could
include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence
over policies of 3rd party sites such as OTA and OTA. If you aren’t
comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the
city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to
rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one
(1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied
by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes
parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian
during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama
City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores,
public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult
guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or
guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in
effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates
as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been
overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start
trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a
stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for
everyone again.
This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager
requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years
of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA
that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If
you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book
this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of
family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the
reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the
reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival
that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to
come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property,
your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation
will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older
person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of
age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants
of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts
are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated.
These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further
penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this
property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
