The luxury accommodation is spread across two floors with its own private courtyard. A short walk down the street is the resort clubhouse and first-rate amenities. The spacious downstairs living area is open plan and includes an elegant living room, bright dining area and high-end kitchen. You will have everything you need to cater for your family, plenty of cooking space plus stainless steel appliances. Across the stone countertops, there is a breakfast bar for quick bites. Or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, overlooking the outdoor courtyard which faces west and enjoys the afternoon sun. The living room has two sofas, perfect for relaxing and watching the large screen TV. There is a half-bath also downstairs. One of the master suites is located downstairs with kingsize bed, huge walk- in-wardrobe, and ensuite with double sinks, shower and separate toilet. The second master in located upstairs, also with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a twin room and sophisticated queen room that share a further bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs. The Fountains at ChampionsGate resort is a small peaceful gated community, although features large premium amenities. Enjoy the walk-in swimming pool, jet spa, fitness center, as well as the amenities of neighboring Tuscana Resort (which additionally includes movie theatre and business center). Disney is only 12 miles away and Universal 25 miles. There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes drive and a wide range of shops and restaurant options nearby.
