This is a stunning four-bedroom condo at the luxurious Villas at Cortina in
Mountain Village, the latest luxury project in the area. The Villas at Cortina
are located slopeside with direct ski-in/ski-out access.

This home is accessible via the elevator and is located on the fifth floor of
the Villas at Cortina. Upon entering this condo, guests are welcomed into a
large living room space with vaulted ceilings showcasing the western views and
a gas fireplace. A small outdoor terrace is also accessible from this room.
Continuing down the hall, there is a small powder room before entering the
main living space. The great room includes a fabulous family room, dining
room, kitchen, bar and terrace. The living room is highlighted by soaring
ceilings, inviting furniture, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and built-in
cabinets. Large bright doors lead to an outdoor terrace with western views of
the ski slopes. A small bar with a wine fridge is also located in the living
room.
The living space is open to the dining room, which has panoramic views of the
surrounding peaks. The light, airy space has a large dining table that seats
up to eight people. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has expansive counter
space, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a small breakfast bar that seats two.
Upstairs consists of the entire primary suite. To the left of the stairs is
the primary bedroom, which features windows on three sides. A king bed, flat
screen TV and a private terrace all add to the ambiance of the room. To the
right of the staircase is the primary bathroom, which has a large walk-in
steam shower with overhead rain shower head, a stunning bathtub and two
separate vanities.
On the lower level of this home is the remaining three bedrooms. The first
bedroom that has a king bed, gas fireplace, private terrace and an en suite
bathroom. The bathroom has a large closet, walk-in shower, separate tub and
double vanity. The second bedroom has eastern-facing views with a queen bed
and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower,
and is also accessible from the hall for the third bedroom. The third bedroom
has a queen bunk bed and faces the west.
A small laundry room with exterior ski access is also located on the lower
level of this home. Wireless internet and garage parking are available for
Cortina Penthouse 10.
