This 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home features a sparkling south facing pool and spa set in a screened enclosure, a games room with a pool table, plus themed bedrooms the children will adore.
Downstairs this house has two adult and kid bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed both master en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom. Upstairs has an adult room with a queen bed as well as a twin bedroom with a hallway bathroom.
• The pool is South facing and features a large deck for lounging and patio furniture. Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
