Welcome to your beautiful vacation home in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island! This lovely 2BR/2BA villa sleeps up to 6 guests and is located on the second floor of a two-story villa complex. As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the main kitchen and living area. The updated kitchen features granite counters and opens up to the living area with comfortable furnishings and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen also offers additional seating at the bar and looks out to the living area. From the living area, you can access the balcony and enjoy the lush landscaping, pond views, and the beautiful fountain, oaks, and palm trees that surround the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
