Welcome to our beautifully renovated vacation home in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head! Our two-story, three-bedroom villa boasts stunning views of the 11-mile lagoon, offering the perfect setting for your next vacation.
As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the wonderfully renovated kitchen featuring updated appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need to prepare your meals, and the stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located off of the kitchen.
Beyond the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six people with additional space at the bar. You can enjoy a lovely meal with family or friends while taking in the scenic views of the lagoon.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
