This beautiful seafront penthouse in the centre of Alghero is located on the sixth floor, with lift, close to the beach, has an internal living area of 110 m² and an external sea view terrace of 12 m².
Parking in the centre will no longer be a problem because the penthouse has a garage
The house is in the centre with sea view. Everything can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Shops and restaurants are right on the doorstep. The sea is literally under the house and there is the possibility to rent umbrellas and sunbeds.
The house consists of 3 large bedrooms with sea view (two doubles, one with en-suite bathroom, and one double with additional single bed - for a total of 7 comfortable beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, utility room, tastefully furnished kitchen and large living room.

The house is located in the centre of Alghero near the Lungomare Valencia, near Piazza Sulis, with access to a bathing establishment (on a cliff) a few hundred metres away. Under the house equipped beach on a cliff with umbrellas and deck chairs.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- A security deposit of €300,00 is payable on arrival in cash to protect against possible damage.
- Additional costs:

- Electricity will be charged the last day of your stay 0,50€kwh in order to prevent waste of power and pay the effective use of it. We kindly ask you to Switch-Off Air Conditioning and lights when not at home in order to improve sustainability, save cost and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash on arrival.
