You are conveniently located a few kilometres from the city and the esplanade but if you don't feel like going very far at all, you are a few minutes walk from our favourite cafe in town, Brother Jenkins serving up old time favourites with a funky twist. Also, 10 minutes walking you have a bottle shop, bakery, cafe and grocer.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,Guests are required to fill and sign a check in form on, or prior to arrival.
- All adults will need to present I.D when checking in or beforehand.
- Only the amount of people on the booking are permitted at the property.
- If you plan to have visitors at the property, please clear this with us first.
- We have a strict no parties/gatherings/events rule.
- Please do not run A/C when you are not home.
- Pet Policy:
- All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.
- Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.
- One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.
- No hunting dogs.
- Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only.
- Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property.
- Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.
- Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.
- No dogs on the furniture.
- No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew.
- A $300 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
