Located on the fourth floor, step outside onto the large balcony and embrace the city views. The perfect stay for solo travellers or a couple to enjoy a weekend in the city. The open-planned, one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment in Brunswick is fully equipped with everything to make your stay away from home comfortable. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted with abundant natural light that floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The open-plan living space is beautifully designed to maximise the available space and create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, with the option of a sofa bed (linen is not provided). The open-plan kitchen is compact yet functional and integrates seamlessly with the living space. It is fully equipped with high-quality cookware and appliances, making preparing meals from home a breeze. A OTA Chromecast with Netflix is available during your stay for those who like to unwind by watching their favourite shows or movies. Additionally, you can stay fit by using the on-premise gym. Keys are to be collected and returned to the KeyNest location (800 meters/11 minute walk from the property address) during the following hours: Mon - Sat : 07:00 - 23:00 Sun : 08:00 - 23:00 If you cannot collect or return the keys during these opening hours, please only book the property if you have contacted us to arrange an alternative. As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, including linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost. Guests have access to a pull out bed in the living room. As no linen will be prepared for this, no additional guests fees will be charged. Access to apartment can be accessed through stairs or elevator. Room configuration is as follows: 1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x queen bed 2-4 guests - 2 room. 1x sofa bed Route 19 Tram to the CBD via Casino - Stop 22 Albert Street, 350m. Upfield Train via Brunswick Station - 700m. For reservations on booking platforms outside of OTA, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
