Bright Sands is an end unit townhome right on the beach. There is a private dune crossover that will have your toes in the sand in seconds!

Comfortable and roomy for your party of 10, this home features open concept living with an updated granite/stainless steel kitchen, breakfast bar seating 4, table seating 6 and comfortable couches to relax in. The wall of windows opens onto the Gulf front deck, where the beautiful water and twinkling sand are never far away.
A convenient half bath along with a bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twin beds and full private bath are also on the main floor.
The upper floor has a huge king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf front balcony. The en suite bath features a walk- in tiled shower along with a tub and dual sinks.
Down the hall are 2 queen-sized bedrooms with soundview balconies and a full bath in between. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV’s.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • - A signed rental agreement is required to fully confirm this booking.
  • - All renters must be at least 25 years old.
  • - No Smoking allowed in property, including on balconies and decks.
  • - Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 9:00 am.
