Palm Beach Cunucu villa is a charming typical Aruban Cunucu style villa located in the heart of Palm Beach. The gated private property is around the corner from Wendy’s, Mcdonald’s, minimarkets, and multiple other restaurants and bars. It is a 2-minute drive to the high-rise area where all the restaurants, bars, shops, and the Palm Beach hotel and beach area, or you can decide to leave the car home and walk there.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and a one-bedroom loft with a private bathroom upstairs. Adjacent to the pool area is an outside shower and half bath as well. All the bedrooms are cozy and outfitted with comfortable bedding, closets, and air conditioning. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and large closet, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a TV and the third bedroom features two twin side beds and has a TV.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
