Welcome to Sunshine Chalet at One Beaver Creek. Coveted One Beaver Creek Building location right above the Chop House, Sunshine Chalet perfectly sits between Centennial Express and Strawberry Park Express with inspiring mountain views. During the winter, take advantage of easy ski-in/out access as well as ski storage in the locker room. Hiking trails are ample in the summer. This four-bedroom, four-ensuite plus one powder room condo weaves through the hallway for ample privacy. The main king bedroom starts at the beginning of the hall with a cozy fireplace and plush seating, sweeping views of Strawberry Park Express, and ensuite with dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub. Heading down the hallway, there are two more guest bedrooms with ensuites and more mountain views. Lastly, there is a room with a full bed, two twins, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower – perfect for kids.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- - The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- - A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- - Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
