Yacht Club Villas #1-204 is a beautifully appointed 4 Bedroom/4 Bath condo located on the 2nd floor in Building #1. This spacious and updated property allows your family and guests to relax in complete comfort and style. The living room is very comfortable and has a large Flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen has granite counter tops and has everything you need to cook your meals. The breakfast bar has plenty of room to entertain and the dining room is perfect for family meals. There are two primary suites with adjoining primary baths and the other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well so everyone has privacy. There is a king bed in the 1st master suite and a king in the 2nd master. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have two queens in each room. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs as well. There is also a washer and dryer in the property so you can do your laundry any time you need to. There are great views of the Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway and the large resort style pool area from the balconies. This is the perfect home away from home for your vacation! Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses to try if you like to golf. Or we can set you up with one of our professional Golf Masters to reserve your tee times. Walk over to the Marina Bar for cocktails or a bite to eat at the end of the day. Or check out the many shops, restaurants and attractions at Barefoot Landing. Check out Lulu’s Restaurant, Taco Mundo, Flying Fish or Greg Norman’s Australian Grill for a great dinner. Do you like to go to shows? The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure has many shows to choose from. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access. Barefoot Landing has fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the balconies in your condo. You will love this place! This property is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Barefoot Resort Properties do not allow motorcycles, buses, RVs, boats, golf carts or trailers. No gas or charcoal grills permitted.
