This stunning home perched on the side of the mountain hosts a plethora of luxuries to behold including backyard ski access to Sunshine Express and Chondola. The living room showcases stunning views of the slopes and surrounding mountains through massive floor to ceiling windows. Vaulted ceilings give the room a sense of spacious grandeur where you can curl up next to the large stone encase fireplace with loved ones. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 18 people- allows for a maximum of 10 adults and 8 children at any time. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 4. - Home is a brisk 15-minute walk to the free gondola or Chondola during the winter, but we recommend calling complimentary Dial-A-Ride for a shuttle to and from the slopes. - There are 7 total flights of stairs in this home and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. - Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. - During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
