You will love the open floor plan. Downstairs there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom: A queen bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs you will find 3 more rooms: A primary bedroom (queen size) with ensuite. A Toy Story themed bedroom with bunk beds and another queen bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer. Included in your rental: complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities: gym, games room, mini waterpark, theater, onsite mini mart, onsite restaurant. You are not renting a vacation rental, you are renting a luxurious villa in a 5 stars resort with outstanding amenities. * Not included in our rental price: pool heating for the private pool. You can still use the pool without adding the heating to your reservation of course. ** Only the registered guests will be allowed access into the subdivision and the property. *** The resort only allows 3 cars to be registered per rental. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
