The living area includes a television, dining table, plus an East facing balcony for you to kick back and watch the waves roll in from the ocean.
Your spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop, dishwasher and plenty of bench space - perfect for preparing those big family meals!
There is a large balcony at the back of the unit where you can enjoy views of the sunset whilst cooking up delicious Barbecue cooked meal.
Your master bedroom has plenty of room and features a Queen size bed ensuite and direct access to the back balcony.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.
Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
