Coastline Holiday Group welcomes you to this stunningly designed holiday home located at Salt Kingscliff. Inclusive of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and multiple living areas you will never be in each other’s way.
As you walk through the front gate this spectacular two storey home oozes relaxation. As you enter through the front door, you will see the beautiful ceiling to floor mural of Norris Headland Cabarita Beach.
The first level consists of two living areas, dining room, a bedroom with an ensuite and a huge well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances that opens to a large alfresco area poolside.
As you walk up the gorgeous timber stair case to the second level you will see two double doors that open up into the master bedroom, relax and unwind on the balcony while you watch the kids and pets run around in the front yard.
The master bedroom features a walk in robe and a beautifully designed ensuite with a bath.
A third living area is also on this level and three roomy bedrooms, the main bathroom includes a bath and separate toilet.
This home has a swimming pool in the backyard which includes sun beds to relax on while soaking up the sunny weather. The outdoor undercover area overlooks the pool area and has a Barbeque, outdoor table and chairs which are perfect for Barbeques or entertaining.

The beach is located 150m from this home, where you can enjoy splashing around in the waves or taking a walk along the white sandy beach. You can also enjoy a walk or cycle along the coastal boardwalk where you can spot some local wildlife or swim in the crystal clear water of Cudgen Creek.
Only a short walk to Salt Village which boasts cafes and award winning restaurants also a Hotel, supermarket, Bottle Shop, The Spa at Salt Day Spa and other retailers. A 3 min drive takes you to Kingscliff Town Centre with all the conveniences you will need.

Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
