If you love a family home with a pool and short walk to the beach and a cafe for coffee, look no further!
There are 3 separate living spaces, perfect for the family to spread out. One features a Billiard Table, the second area includes a lounge suite and some reading books and board games for you to enjoy and the third is equipped with a Smart TV, lounge suite and air conditioning.
The spacious kitchen is completely equipped with all modern appliances, electric cooktop, stainless steel fridge, oven, microwave and ample bench space.
The dining area includes an 8 seater dining table and opens onto the covered deck and large pool/backyard.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.
Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, air conditioning, ensuite, walk in robe.
Bedroom 3 includes a Double bed, air conditioning and built in robe.
Bedroom 4 consists of two sets of bunk beds, air conditioning and built in robe.
Your parents retreat takes up the top floor and features a Queen size bed, air con, small daybed, open ensuite with double shower, spa bath and walk in robe.
Laundry with washer and dryer with a remote double lock up garage with internal access.
The garden is great for children, plenty of grass, little decking areas, a Barbeque, larger covered deck area with dining table, all surrounding the big pool.
