Arriving at Breeze at Salt, you will be bathed in sunlight, luxury and ocean breezes. This newly built, architecturally designed home is nestled in the Salt Precinct of beautiful Kingscliff. Less than 100m to the beach and a short stroll to Salt Village, you are in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
This property features a relaxing heated pool designed for your comfort. Please note that while the pool is heated, temperatures may vary due to external weather conditions.
With natural design elements to calm the soul, this contemporary beach home was built to capture the northern light year-round. Gorgeous interior design and styling means that the home is filled with luxe, but has also been kept minimal, so that you can feel completely comfortable during your stay. This family friendly, wheelchair friendly and beach friendly home is relaxed but also luxurious, so that everyone is considered.
Liveable housing design concepts were used in this two-story home so that Breeze at Salt can embrace everyone. An elevator in the home is available for guests who require easier accessibility. Wider doorways and halls mean that navigating around the home is more comfortable also. Please note that this home does not have grab rails or lowered counters.
Boasting a stunning kitchen - Fisher & Paykel French door fridge with filtered water, Bosch appliances - double oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher - you will love shopping at the local organic farms for fresh produce to use in the kitchen. Wander through the open parklands to the lifeguard patrolled Salt Beach, or cruise down the public bike & walking trail that follows the coastline down to Cabarita Beach.
There is a playground located in the park as well as at the Salt Bistro, so the kids can run free while you enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time.
Every 3rd Saturday of the month the park comes alive with markets, including food, handmade local art and live music.
