Laguna Blanca Retreat has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. It is located 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone, 5 minutes from La Cumbre Plaza, and 5 minutes from Hope Ranch Private Beach. It offers two living room spaces equipped with smart tvs and electric fireplaces. The gourmet kitchen has a full chef’s range, high-end appliances, and bar seating.
The gorgeous back patio with covered dining and outdoor fire pit provides the perfect al fresco dining experience with direct mountain views. When not enjoying the property itself, you can venture down to the Hope Ranch Private Beach with the home’s coveted beach card and experience our sandy shores in private luxury.
