Welcome to the lovely Terrace Vista located on the lower Riviera in Santa Barbara. This Townhome is ideal for a small family looking to experience Santa Barbara living in a cozy 2 bedroom-2 bath home. The location allows for a quick drive down to Milpas to get incredible Mexican food or visit the grocery. Also, you are only a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito!
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV equipped with cable and streaming, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has a single sink and combination shower/tub. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, a TV equipped with cable and streaming, and an office area with a printer and shredder. The secondary bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink.
The living room is ideal for a family or couple looking to enjoy each other’s company and watch a movie on the incredibly comfortable reclining couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook an incredible meal. One of our favorite parts of Terrace Vista is the covered outdoor patio with a table and cozy seating area which overlooks Santa Barbara with beautiful ocean views.
