This is a fully furnished, clean, and welcoming home with Coral Canyon Golf Course right in your backyard! This home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining friends. When not golfing or swimming in the sparkling swimming pools located at the clubhouse, visit St George area attractions like Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Sand Hollow, and the vast opportunities for mountain bike and hiking trails. Be sure to visit Dixie rock. Huge flat-screen TV in the living room and master bedroom.
You will first walk into a large fully equipped kitchen which includes: spices, coffee and coffee maker, nice pots and pans, dishes, silverware, brush nickel refrigerator with ice maker, gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a full large oven perfect for cooking. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two bar stools which opens up to a dining room table with seating for 6. There is also a built-in desk perfect for hooking your laptop and using the free WiFi.
Coral Vista Villa has a wonderful open floor plan as the kitchen, dining room and living room is very open perfect for entertaining or visiting with family. The living room has a wrap-around sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Your family will enjoy the Blu-ray DVD player with WiFi. Open up the wooden blinds to enjoy the Coral Canyon Golf Course! There is a BBQ and patio furniture on the wrap-around patio. Love to golf? You can stop by and grab a fresh drink from Coral Vista Villa right from the golf course!
The master bedroom has a very soft king-size bed with your own access to the patio with the view and a flat-screen TV! You will also enjoy your own private master bathroom with an oversized bathtub, separate tile shower, and a walk-in closet! The second bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser. The third bedroom has two full beds, a dresser, and a nightstand. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, pool towels, and a 2 car garage with two parking spaces in front. The master bathroom has shower/tub safety bars and a detachable showerhead.
