A rustic villa located in the countryside of Mantova with a view of the river Po’ and the woods. The spaces are perfect for spending a nice holiday, in a very quiet area of Borgo Virgilio you will find a large garden furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs and tables. Each room has its own private bathroom, the kitchen is separate from the very spacious living room. The structure is also equipped with a gym, an indoor heated swimming pool and a private games room. It is located 20 minutes by car from the center of Mantua. You can also visit the Pietole Fort built in 1808, the Virgiliano museum born in 1981 and the Borgoforte Fort built during the Austrian Empire from 1859 to 1861.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
