- NOTE: This 2-story home requires 3 steps to enter and features a half bathroom, a full bathroom, and a bedroom on the 1st floor. The property is not wheelchair accessible
- NOTE: The property is the last house at the end of a one-lane, private gravel road. There is one switchback turn that is recommended drivers take wide (stay to the left), to avoid bumps when coming up the mountain road. There are no streetlights, so it is highly recommended to be checking in during daylight hours
- NOTE: Due to Hurricane Helene the Switchback Road is washed out, therefore it is recommended to use an SUV or 4-wheel drive to get to the property safely as a sedan will likely bottom out
- NOTE: This property may not be suitable for children due to the open staircase, where crawling infants or new walkers could easily slip through and get hurt
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located above the front door facing the front entrance. Camera 2 is in the carport facing the parking area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound
