Beautiful apartment with splendid white stone vaulted ceilings, located in Bari old town.
The house is spread over two levels: on the first floor there is a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, a kettle and a freezer, and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Here is the living area consisting of a sitting room furnished with a dining table, a television and two sofa beds, one single and one double. A mirrored wall behind the TV hides a large walk-in wardrobe.
Next is the first bathroom, which boasts a splendid whirlpool tub, and the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with an exposed shower.
Finally, a small study area for those working from home located next to the bedroom completes the layout.
Free wifi, air conditioning, washing machine and heating with heat pump will be available in the accommodation.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
