Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 1. Pets are welcome, any damage caused should be
  • 2. Check in is after 4 PM, you can request early check in upon availability.
  • 3. Check out is at 11 AM, you can request late check out upon availability.
  • 4. Please double check before leaving for any belongings
  • 5. Visitors are allowed with previous and written request.
  • 6. If you are using parking your car will be inspected by the staff
  • 7. The guest should provide ID & sign a contract.
  • 8. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
  • 9. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported
  • 10. While using common areas on the property please follow the rules.
  • 11. Do not unplug the electronic devices
  • 12. Do not flush hygiene products
  • 13. No loud music or noise after 8 PM.
  • 14. No parties allowed.
  • 15. No Drugs allowed.
  • 16. Smoking is prohibited inside the property
  • 17. Firearms are prohibited
