The current owner has been a part of the family for over a hundred years and created a top-notch retreat. The cottage has been beautifully renovated, maintaining as much of the original material as possible, and combines traditional Ottoman elements with modern comforts such as an outdoor Jacuzzi and a private garden köşk. The bedroom upstairs exudes luxury, with a carved "floating" bed and natural wood creating a cosy and romantic atmosphere. Enjoy the stunning sunsets over Patara beach from the balcony before taking a stroll into Üzümlü for dinner. The village, known for its elevated position that makes it cooler during the hottest months, has several shops for daily provisions and a variety of local restaurants. Nearby Islamlar is renowned for its fresh trout, and a short drive takes you deep into the Taurus mountains, where sustainable tourism coexists with traditional farming. With a private pool to enjoy and restaurants within walking distance, you may never want to leave this secluded hideaway, but if you do, Kalkan’s shops, cafes, restaurants, and beach clubs are just a 15-minute drive away.  Layout On the ground floor, the villa offers an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, opening onto the terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, full hob, and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs, a double bedroom with a 180cm bed features an en-suite shower room and access to a balcony, where guests will find a sauna and a jacuzzi.  (Please note there is a steep interior staircase with no banister on the first 5 steps). Outside you can enjoy the pool 7.90m x 3m (1.40m - 1.50m depth) which benefits from complimentary heating in May and October and can booked as a payable extra outside these months.
