The Home
The House of Dreams is a 2 bedroom villa that is big on character as well as comfort. the villa has 2 ensuite bedrooms and a superbly equipped kitchen as well as a cinema-style entertainment system and quiet study area. the Villa is situated high above Kalkan and offers lovely views as well as wonderful outside space including a private pool (7x5m, accessed via steps) and terrace with shaded area. There’s space for outdoor dining too, plus gazebo seating. The magnificent rooftop terrace is perfect for taking in the spectacular views and watching the sunset. It’s just a convenient five-minute drive along the road just below the house to Kalkan’s harbour and old town with its many wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a small grocery shop 200m away and the beautiful Patara Beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The Villa is not suitable for children under 10 or guests with limited mobility due to the number of steps and drops...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
