Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- For stays of 7 consecutive nights or more, an interim cleaning will be performed for security control and inspection purposes.
- For stays of up to 6 nights, no intermediate cleaning will be performed unless otherwise requested.
- For security inspection and change of sheets and towels, an additional 3,500 yen will be charged for every 7 nights.
- (For 8 nights, 3,500 yen for interim cleaning; for 14 nights, 7,000 yen for interim cleaning).
- Payment instructions for the additional charge will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
- Please understand this in advance.
- Please present your ID card at the time of reservation. Foreign guests are required to submit a passport and a guest list.
- Cancellation after reservation is subject to the cancellation policy regardless of the reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- Please agree to the following prohibitions. If any of the prohibited items are violated, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If we are unable to keep your deposit, we may claim compensation for damages.
- In addition, you may not be able to use the services of the relevant reservation site in the future.
- We ask for your understanding that all users must abide by the rules.
- -Please use the room neatly.
- - Please take off your shoes before entering the room.
- - Smoking is not permitted in the rooms (only heated or electronic cigarettes may be smoked on the balcony, but please be sure to use a portable ashtray. No smoking of any kind is allowed).
- - Pets are strictly prohibited.
- - Hair dyeing is prohibited.
- -No noise on the terrace after 10:00 p.m.
- - Please separate garbage.
- - Please do not throw garbage outside. Use of the common garbage area is prohibited. Garbage will be collected by a contractor. Please leave your garbage on the balcony.
- - Illegal or immoral acts are prohibited.
- - No room fixtures are allowed to be taken out of the room, and you will be required to pay for any intentional damage or defacement of the room.
- - Please replenish consumable supplies by yourself.
- - In the case of long-term stays, please clean the rooms by yourself.
- - If any problems occur during your stay, you will be asked to leave immediately, even if it is within the period of your stay.
- - Please be careful when handling fire (gas for cooking, cigarettes, etc.). (gas when cooking, cigarettes)
- - No late-night noise on the terrace or in the parking lot is prohibited.
- -We may not be able to provide linen for reservations made on the same day. Please understand this in advance.
- For restrictions on the use of outdoor facilities (terrace, pool, Jacuzzi, etc.) due to inclement weather, etc., the stipulated cancellation policy will be applied regardless of the purpose of your stay. Please note that the cancellation policy applies regardless of the purpose of your stay.
