MV80 is only a few miles for Golfing, Hiking, shopping, restaurants and casinos. Best of all it is a quick 11.4 mile drive up the mountain to Mt Rose Ski Resort. Or go a little farther and ski at NorthStar it is about 34 miles away. In the summer time take a trip up to North lakes Tahoe. Incline Village is only 21 miles away, about a 25 - 30 min drive. There is so much to do and see near by. This home is the perfect place to kick back after a day of adventures. MV80 has great views of Mt Rose from the back yard. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No smoking inside
- No parties or events
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm
- No engaging in illegal activities
- Please remove shoes while in the house
- No pets unless specified, there will be a separate Pet Fee charged after booking for pet-friendly homes
- A signed Rental Agreement is required to fully confirmed this booking
