Dutchies Dream is a sought-after holiday beach house, enviably located directly across from the forever popular and much loved Dutchies Beach. Its elevated position offers magnificent beach and water views. Sleeping up to eight guests this stylish three bedroom two bathroom holiday home boasts being in the most desirable position in all of Nelson Bay.
The open plan living areas feature beachy timber floorboards, air conditioning, ceiling fans and all look out to the picturesque beach and gorgeous blue waters of the harbour. The property has a large fully equipped kitchen with an island bench and bar stools. The adjacent dining area has an eight seater dining setting and lounge area that flows directly out to the massive entertaining deck. This undercover north facing deck is where you’ll be drawn to spend a lot of your time. There’s an outdoor dining setting and BBQ to cook up a storm on.
The master bedroom also looks out over the water, has a king sized bed, ensuite, ceiling fan and opens onto the deck through sliding doors. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and direct access to the two way main bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps four people, as it houses two sets of bunk beds. The bunk room also has seating and a smart TV making it a great hangout spot for the kids.
Located across from family favourite Dutchies Beach means you can stroll out the front door and be on the golden sands of the beach in just seconds. Dutchies Beach has been a favourite for generations. It has calm water, perfect for little ones, is bookended by rocks children love to scramble over and explore, has bathrooms, showers, BBQs and fantastic childrens play equipment. Take a 15 minute stroll into town for lunch or bring the kids bikes and scooters and wheel into town for an ice cream. Dutchies Dream is located in the heart of Port Stephens and is within easy reach of all the area’s attractions and activities.
Dutchies Dream has off-street parking and driveway parking. There is also laundry with washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made with crisp white linens and fluffy towels for the bathrooms.
