Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers another King bed and TV. The 3rd Guest Room offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and TV. The living area also offers another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Outside you will find a few tables and chairs to relax, along with an electric BBQ in case you do not want to walk the 1 minute to the pool area BBQ’s. The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire- pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ’s & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails! You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"! ***1 dog allowed w/ pet cleaning fee.
