- The 2-story property requires stairs to access. All bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The washer and dryer are located in the basement
- The fireplace is for decorative purposes only; it is not available for guest use
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay. Additionally, the shared backyard has a partition fence. The fence can be opened to share the backyard between units, or it can be closed for privacy
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera one is at the front entry and is a video doorbell, facing outward toward the entryway. Camera 2 is on the side of the home facing the side alley. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion or when the doorbell button is pressed
