You will be impressed by the home’s back patio with a gorgeous hot tub - this is the perfect spot for relaxing! Inside, this spacious, air-conditioned home is all about comfort and entertainment. On the subject of entertainment, wind down in the large theater room downstairs, complete with a 120" 4K screen and projector to watch your favorite movies. The group chef will adore the grand eat-in kitchen with counter bar seating and new stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Right next to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a gorgeous dining table that is perfect for family meals and board game action. Head down a short flight of stairs to find a game room-like living area with a beautiful fireplace, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, and a huge smart TV with streaming options.
