- This 2-story home offers step-free access via a ramp, with a bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor
- Due to the size of this home and how long it takes to clean, early check-in and late check-out make it difficult to approve special requests
- This property is located at the edge of a ravine. While boundaries are clearly marked and secured, children and pets should not be left unattended outside the designated yard areas for their safety
- Your safety is important. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the far edge of the home looking at the driveway and end of the cul-de-sac, camera 2 is located at the top corner of the home showcasing the rear front door, camera 3 is located in the middle of the breezeway between the home and detached garage, and camera 4 is located at the rear of the detached garage facing the undeveloped north end of the property. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras do record video and sound when motion is detected
