The newly renovated Villa Agavi is just the perfect villa for your holiday in Mykonos. Located right above the Kalafatis bay, Villa Agavi offers its guests a magnificent view of the deep blue Aegean Sea, and the opportunity to live the luxury villa experience in the truly stylish indoor and outdoor surroundings of the Cycladic-design property, furnished with authentic, high-quality fittings and island chic decoration.
The 17-guest Villa Agavi is a 410 sq. m. multi-level villa, with up to 8 bedrooms in total. The villa has six guest bedrooms with double beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, as well as an extra guest house with a king bed and a sofa bed. Villa Agavi’s spare room, also with an en-suite bathroom and bunk beds is an ideal bedroom for children and/or a nanny, too.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
