It’s been said that it’s those who have enough - but not too much - who are the happiest. That may explain the spring in the step of this cute and colourful little home that proves, once and for all, that simplicity (done well, of course) really is the ultimate sophistication.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll be left without a care in the world in this contentedly capacious living and dining room. A little zest flavours the space with brightness and verve, before settling into a smart vista of navy blue that fills the social area with welcoming warmth. Pull up a chair and get into things the old fashioned way - this home knows that nothing beats good company. A TV completes this room.
KITCHEN
If we wanted to be fancy, we’d posit that the geometric design of that glass partition is reminiscent of the Parisian post-cubist Abstraction-Création movement of 1931, which actually prefigured much of the architectural heritage of Boulogne-Billancourt (where this apartment sits). But as we’re keeping things simple around here, we won’t. This aquatically asymmetrical kitchen is grown up enough to speak for itself.
BEDROOM
There’s nothing missing here but you, in the uncluttered comfort of this bedroom, featuring a large double bed and lifted with a seemly swathe of dusky orange. Gold and azure shimmer out from the en suite - your own private little paradise - complete with waterfall shower and wash basins.
SECOND BEDROOM
Clear, fresh and simply put, this soothing second bedroom offers up a bed settee which opens out to accommodate two guests as well as a baby cot.
THIRD BEDROOM
Perhaps this is where all that youthful spirit comes from. If you’re travelling with young children, this may well be your dream come true. This bedroom has a single bed suitable for a child under 8 years old.
BATHROOM
You’ll be hard pressed to get yourself as clean as this smart, shining, modern bathroom, but by all means, enjoy giving it a go.
We Love
With the bounding green of the Bois de Boulogne practically facing your front door, restorative morning strolls are first thing on the menu. For tennis enthusiasts, Rolland Garros Stadium is also a short walk from the apartment.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties please. After a short run of steps to the entrance, there’s an elevator ready to take you up to the 3rd floor apartment. This home can sleep an additional guest in the third bedroom if they are a child under 8 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
