Our fully furnished 1 bedroom homes include a perfectly sized living room, a
private bedroom with a king size bed, a full size kitchen that includes a
microwave, refrigerator, stove and many include a dishwasher, as well. You
will also find a large walk-in closet, ample storage areas and a private
patio. All utilities are free when you stay at Scottsdale Park Suites this
includes Cable with HBO, High Speed Wi-Fi, Electricity, Water/Sewer/Trash.
Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a
prime location. We are smoke-free community but we do allow the smaller dogs
in select homes. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous
11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office, a

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
