Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location. We are smoke-free community but we do allow the smaller dogs in select homes. This home is located on the first floor, with superb access to the pool It it is also centrally located to the two of the three grilling areas at Scottsdale Park Suites, the Tech Laundry facility and more! We are a smoke-free community. Furnishings may vary slightly from photos. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible. *Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community’s common areas.
