Welcome to this spacious penthouse in El Faro, perfect for the large family who wants a large pool area, large terrace and being close to both Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas and Marbella.  The area around the apartment is quiet with a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance, here there are also several lovely beach bars and beach restaurants along the Mijas coastline. The apartment has access to a large and well-kept pool area with sun beds and a small bar. The property is less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 5 minutes to Fuengirola where the train goes to Malaga every 20 minutes. Nearby there are also grocery stores such as Mercadona and Lidl. When you step through the apartment, you are greeted by a large and social living room with a cozy sofa group in front of the large tv and a dining area for up to 6 people. Further in, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and much more that you may need on holiday.  Further out from the living room you have the large terrace spread over 2 floors, downstairs you have a lovely dining area, sun loungers and lounge corner. Upstairs you have a grand solarium and sunbeds. The apartment has 3 bedrooms where all 3 have double beds and their own A / C as well as blackout blinds. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, free parking on site and much more. Worth mentioning is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift.  The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
