Welcome to this newly renovated apartment in the cool area of Carvajal, on the border between Fuengirola and Benalmadena. Just a stone’s throw from the beach and the 8km long promenade.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with 2 pools and a lovely sea view, a stone’s throw away is Playa Carvajal which is the nearest beach but also among the best on the Costa del Sol. Here there are beach bars, restaurants, bars and shops. A few minutes away by car is also the El Higueron Sport Club with a world-class paddle facility, here there is also a restaurant and Spa and plenty of parking.
It takes just under 15 minutes to travel from the airport to the apartment and there is also a train nearby that takes you along the entire coast, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, the Airport and Malaga city.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
