Welcome to Anna Maria’s Dream! This newly remodeled and furnished two-bedroom,
two-bathroom vacation duplex is in the heart of Holmes Beach. Guests will
enjoy a well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing a gourmet meal or cook
outdoors on the gas grill. The living area is spacious, with plenty of seating
for family and friends to take in a movie on the flat panel HDTV. There is a
breakfast bar with seating for 4. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and
flat screen TV. The guest room has a Full size bed, with a Twin bunk and
separate Twin bed, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is also a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The back area of the
house has an additional sitting area which is not under a/c. Washer and dryer
are available in the property as well as a beach cart. Anna Maria’s Dream
accommodates up to six people.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- - Additional Terms of your stay are available at home-rental-agreement.com/terms and by this reference are incorporated herein in their entirety.
