The semi-detached house "Nocino 1" can accommodate up to 6 people and is developed on two floors with a lovely well-kept outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant dinners and lunches in the open air. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a kitchenette equipped with fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine, dining table and chairs. The bright living room has a typical stone fireplace, a double sofa bed and satellite TV.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and windows that overlook the garden and a windowed bathroom with shower and a comfortable hairdryer. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
