Casa Masa is divided into two flats (1A and 1B) with independent entrances to ensure maximum privacy. Each apartment has a parking space in the courtyard.
The flat 1A of about 85sqm, equipped with great care for every little detail, is composed of a bright living area on the ground floor with small kitchen corner with induction hob, dishwasher, small fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The living room has a comfortable single-bed sofa (recommended for a child) and satellite TV. Wifi, air conditioning, washing maschine and dryer, iron available for guests to ensure maximum comfort.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
