Next to Restaurants, Pharmacies ,Shopping, Groceries Stores and more. Nearby access to I-4 Community has a beautiful Club House with pool, fitness center, bar, playground and more! The property is located next to the Club House. This incredible resort style property can host up to six guests comfortably with it’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guests have the option of explore the spacious clubhouse or gym and fitness area. Villa Coelho’s first floor has a bright living room with a flat screen, high definition tv and the adjoining master suite comes with a king-sized bed and private bathroom complete. The multifunctional space is perfect for socializing with your friends and family as well as creating gourmet meals in the fully furnished kitchen. It’s decorated with granite countertops and contains stainless steel appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Included are a set of pots, dishes, assorted cutlery and glasses. There is a television in every bedroom and your guests will have access to the high-speed WI-FI internet as well. The second-floor bedroom has one bedroom Mickey Mouse theme with king-sized bed and other bedroom Minions theme with two beds Full-sized and a Mickey Mouse theme for our younger guests. Villa Coelho also had a laundry area with a full washing machine and dryer and, as always, your personal security is of top priority with Plenitude Villas. Entry into the property is granted with your personal code sent electronically via email and there are outdoor cameras and electronic locks on your door for complete piece of mind whether your having fun, or relaxing. STARTER SUPPLIES The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: Each bathroom includes: 1 small bar soap 1 toilet paper roll 1 trash bag Kitchen includes: 1 dish detergent 1 dishwasher capsule 1 sponge 1 paper towel roll 1 trash bag No additional supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase any extra items you may need for the duration of your stay. Please note: Washcloths are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee. FOOD POLICY In accordance with Florida law, we are not permitted to leave open food items in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Therefore, all food items are removed after each guest checks out. No condiments, coffee, or other food supplies will be provided prior to check-in. TRASH DISPOSAL Please observe the designated trash collection days and dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment. POOL HEATING / SPA Pool heating can be added to your reservation as an additional service for an extra fee. A minimum of 7 consecutive days is required. For reservations shorter than 7 days, heating must be purchased for the entire stay. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please note that the spa is connected to the pool and does not operate independently. Pool Heating – Important Information The heater is set to a maximum temperature of 95°F, which is the standard limit and cannot be increased. The system does not heat the water instantly; it may take time to reach the set temperature. The pool and spa share the same heating system and will reach approximately the same temperature. This is not a commercial hotel-grade heating system. It is designed to warm the water, not make it hot. On cold, cloudy, or rainy days, heating may take longer. Under these conditions, the surface water may feel cooler due to weather exposure. PET FEE A non-refundable pet fee of $180 applies. PARKING Please provide the full names of all drivers in advance so they can be registered in the resort’s system. Make sure to park only in designated areas, as improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. License: 47-4959919
