This exclusive two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful building on Marín García Street, one of the most central and sought-after areas of Málaga.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a cozy entrance hall, featuring a lovely sofa and, to the right, a vanity with a beautiful chair. Continuing further, we find the main hallway, adorned with spectacular mirrors on the wall. The first door on the right leads to the first bedroom, which includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a bright window. Moving down the hallway, we reach a spacious and elegantly decorated living room, complete with a dining table and a bright balcony, creating an ideal space for relaxation or enjoying a meal. The living room is open to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for daily use.
At the far end of the living room, there is the master bedroom, also with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy.
Marín García Street is one of the most sought-after streets in Málaga, located in the heart of the city, just a few meters from the iconic Calle Larios, the main artery of the city. The apartment is within walking distance of the city’s major landmarks, including museums, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, and Plaza de la Marina.
Despite being in the city center, Marín García Street is peaceful and is surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars, and small shops where you can enjoy the best Málaga and Andalusian cuisine. Additionally, supermarkets and local stores are nearby, providing everything you need for your stay.
