Villa Ida is a modern two-family villa renovated in 2023, divided into two units, each with 6 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with large trees and cherry trees and a brand new infinity pool shared between the two units, with sunbeds and umbrellas available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, far from mass tourism, allows the discovery of the territory through numerous cycle tourism routes that start right near the house, such as the renowned Valle dei Mulini.
The Giarole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a large room with two single beds that can be joined with a wardrobe, a double bedroom with an additional single bed convertible to a double, a small bathroom with a shower, a main windowed bathroom with a laundry corner with a washing machine, shower box, double sink. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with a table and chairs and features a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American-style breakfast counter, coffee corner with German coffee machine and coffee machine with pods. The living area furnished with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and large dining table, opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of the garden and pool.
Wifi and air conditioning available for guests. Two parking spaces in the garage available for each apartment. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
